Equipment purchases should be completed through the RU Marketplace. If the vendor’s store cannot be accessed directly through RU Marketplace, you should create a quote on the vendor’s site and upload it to RU Marketplace to create a purchase order.

RUWare is a procurement department that provides consulting services, procurement assistance, and follow-up on tech purchases for Rutgers Health and Rutgers–Newark. Faculty/staff Rutgers Health and Rutgers–Newark purchases must be made via RUWare.
