The Executive Board of IAM Local 2003 would like to wish all of our members and their families a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. This season is a time to reflect on the hard work, dedication, and solidarity that make our local union strong throughout the year.
Election Results
Below are the election results for the Grievance Negotiating Committee for the M1 Support Services Contract and District 75 Business Representative (District wide).  The election was held on December the 10, 2025.
2025 IAM Local 2003 Christmas Party
The 2025 IAM Local 2003 Christmas Party will be held Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Union Hall located at 345 U.S. Highway 84 West, Daleville, AL 36322 This year's party is open to all Local 2003 members and their families. So come join us for some good fun and fellowship! Santa will be there with gifts and plenty of food.
2026 IAM Scholarship Competition Open
The 2026 IAM Scholarship Competition opens on October 1, 2025, and will be accepting applications until Friday, Feb. 6, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Entries are accepted online. The competition is open to members of the IAM with two years' continuous service and their children who are current high school seniors throughout the United States and Canada.

The Internation Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, Local Lodge 2003, will hold nominations for Local Lodge 2003 Secretary Treasurer at the April 2025 regular Business Meeting.

Location of Nomination: 345 U.S. Highway 84 West, Daleville, AL 36322
Time of Nominations: During the Regular Business Meeting.  The meeting begins at 6:00 p.m.
New Local Lodge Officers Sworn In

At the January 4, 2025, Regular Business Meeting, the newly elected Executive Board Officers were sworn in by Directing Business Rep Randy Garrett.

The Local Lodge Executive Board  Officers will serve a three-year term in accordance to the Local Lodge By-Laws.
