Stronger, More Resilient Events and Partnerships
Association Expert Seminar (AES) becomes ICCA Association Circle
In May 2026, ICCA will launch Association Circle, an ambitious new learning and networking concept. This expanded format builds on ICCA’s legacy of high-impact education while offering a refreshed approach to peer learning and engagement.
Following several successful years, ICCA is concluding the AES program and introducing Association Circle as a new pre-IMEX initiative. As part of ICCA’s renewed lifelong learning strategy, ICCALearn, the concept responds to changing times and the evolving needs of the global meetings and events industry.
For its inaugural edition, ICCA is partnering with Copenhagen Convention Bureau to address the critical and timely topic of risk management in business event industry. This learning experience will be based on two studies led by the Copenhagen Convention Bureau; The Copenhagen Risk Assessment White Paper 2023 and the Copenhagen Risk Navigator - International Strategies & Tools for Business Events 2026 made in partnership with global risk experts FERMA and RIMS.
