I was dreading a week-long virtual class. Instead, the combination of "large" (25-person) lecture with smaller group break-out sessions worked well. The class was sufficiently interactive to keep us engaged throughout the week. Daniel Kowalski was excellent. He is knowledgeable about the topics covered and served well as both a lecturer and a discussion leader. He also came across as pleasant and easy to deal with. He did well to bring his own experiences from the HR world into the discussion.

I highly recommend this class to any new supervisor or anyone who needs a refresher. I truly enjoyed the class experience. I enjoyed getting to know my classmates and seeing their points of view.
