Meeting Room Reservations
Use of Library Meeting Rooms
Three group meeting rooms are available at Bellingham Public Library facilities for free-of-charge public use, within the following guidelines:
Meeting rooms are available for public use during
library open hours
but must be vacated fifteen minutes prior to closing.
Meeting rooms may only be used for non-commercial purposes.
Users must register and agree to room use expectations.
Users may register for one use per month, for a maximum of 5 hours including setup and takedown, and may reserve rooms up to 90 days in advance.

Reserving Meeting Rooms
Reservation requests may be submitted online or by telephone. Reservations are not final until you have received confirmation from our staff and you have agreed to library meeting room expectations. We’ll respond to requests within 3 business days.

Lecture Room
Description

Tables, chairs, podium, blackboard, sound system with microphones (1 lapel, 2 wireless), wifi, projection screen, LCD projector (with VGA, HDMI, and Display Port adapter inputs), DVD/Blu-Ray player, DVD/VCR/TV monitor, kitchenette w/small refrigerator. No coffee-making equipment.

Fireplace Room

Fairhaven Auditorium
