    • The Alaska Mental Health Trust Land Office (TLO) is offering big game hunting guides exclusive commercial permits to operate on large Mental Health Trust land tracts that have not previously been available for guided big game hunts, with one permit issued per tract. The five-year permits may be renewed once without competition and allow a qualified guide to use subcontracted guides and support staff, establish temporary camps, store and stage equipment, and use motorized access.

    • The Alaska Mental Health Trust Land Office (TLO) is offering competitive leases on large tracts of Mental Health Trust lands that have not previously been available for sale or lease and that are suitable for commercial or recreational uses, with long-term lease terms available. If current offerings do not meet your needs, you may nominate Trust land for inclusion in the program or apply to lease a specific parcel.
