GOVERNMENT & COMMUNITY RELATIONS
At Operation Food Search, we are working beyond immediate food assistance to provide long-term solutions to the problem of hunger. Our Government & Community Relations team works in
Missouri and Illinois, as well as nationally
to support policies that strengthen individuals and families by increasing opportunities for them to put food on the table and live healthier lives.
Our approach centers the
community food system
in order to increase food security, expand access to resources and support the local economy. We engage the community in our advocacy, research and agendas so priorities are in line with the needs of individuals, community organizations, local business, farmers and growers.
