Outdoor Adventures offers all-inclusive trips, clinics and events open to both beginners and experienced participants. Learn new skills, explore beautiful areas of New England and meet new people! Check out the current offerings below.
TRIP SIGN UPS
From day hikes to multi-day excursions, our trips are designed for all skill levels and are a great way to explore, learn new skills, and connect with the outdoors.
GEAR RENTALS & SKI/BOARD WAXING
Get outside! Campus Rec offers affordable rentals for camping, hiking, paddling, and winter adventures, perfect for trying something new or planning your next trip. We also now have ski/snowboard waxing.
POOL KAYAKING
Introductory kayaking skill sessions are held at Swasey Indoor Pool once per month. Program times may vary. Equipment and instruction provided.
BOULDERING
WALL
SPRING COMP ON APRIL 2 AT 5:30PM
Challenge yourself on our indoor bouldering wall, open to all ability levels. Whether you’re new to climbing or looking to hone your skills, problem-solve, and build strength.
NIGHT SKIING AT GUNSTOCK
Open to all experience levels and is especially welcoming to beginner skiers. Includes transportation, a night lift ticket, ski rentals, and a helmet (participants can bring their own gear).
Registrations for trips, classes, certifications, lessons, birthday parties, academic year youth programs and any other Campus Recreation programs are non-refundable.  If unable to attend and Campus Recreation is provided a minimum of 7 days notice, a credit will be made available for a comparable program within the same academic or fiscal year.  If Campus Recreation cancels a program, full refunds will be given.
