Advisor Role
Pathway Advisors at Midland College are assigned to students from the point of application and stay with them unless they change pathways. Using a holistic coaching approach, advisors support students academically, personally, and professionally.
Advisors help students:
- Stay on the right pathway aligned with career goals
- Create an educational plan
- Develop decision-making skills
- Navigate the MC Portal, email, Canvas, and other resources
