Hephzibah Waterworks and Sewage
Customers will receive their bills on or near the 1st of every month. Payment is due by the 20th (or the next business day if the 20th is on a weekend or holiday). Payment can be made by cash, check, or money order at City Hall. Customers are welcome to come inside or use the drive-thru window. The after-hours drop box is located on the front of the building. Payment can also be mailed to:

Water Rates
$11.00 for the first 2,500 gallons for City residents
$1.75 per 1,000 gallons (2501 gal to 10,000 gal)
$1.85 per 1,000 gallons (over 10,001 gal)
Oversized Meter Charge
2” Meter- $20.00 additional fee monthly
3” Meter- $100.00 additional fee monthly
4” Meter- $200.00 additional fee monthly
5” or larger Meter- $350.00 Additional fee monthly
Residential Sewer Rates
$14.00 for the first 2,500 gallons
$ 1.00 per 1,000 gallons thereafter
Commercial Sewer Rates
$20.00 for the first 2,500
$1.25 per 1,000 gallons thereafter
