Medical CDE Hours: Medical CDE hours need to be uploaded into Training Central through the “My Classes Taken” icon.  Please make sure to select “Medical” as the “Classification”.  Medical CDEs can include CPR, airway management, EMD/medical articles or quizzes, EMT/paramedic refresher courses, patient assessment, etc.

2. Copy of current CPR card
3. $35 recertification fee

   • Take the EMD quiz

EMD Admin Hours: These hours need to be uploaded into Training Central through the “My Classes Taken” icon. Please make sure to select “EMD Admin” as the “Classification”. The EMD Admin CDEs must fall into one or more of the following categories:

1. 12 CDE hours (per certification year)
2. 6 EMD Admin CDE hours pertaining to the position of an EMD Manager (per certification year)
3. $35 recertification fee
4. Take EMD Manager quiz
• Take the EMD Mgr quiz
  Prior to applying for recertification, applicants must complete the EMD Mgr recertification quiz online. Log in or create an account if you do not have one. Then, on the EMD Mgr recertification quiz page, click the “Enroll me” button. Once completed, upload your quiz certificate into “My Classes Taken”.
