2026-2027 Residence Hall Rates
Mixed Gender:
Each room of a residence hall is designated as male or female; male or female rooms may be adjacent to one another. Designations are determined by sex assigned at birth.
Single Gender:
Specific floors may be designated as a single gender in accordance with demand. These will not be available in the self-selection process; please reach out to
[email protected]
if this option is of interest to you.
All residence halls are mixed gender and smoke free
Common Bath is two bathrooms (male and female) on each floor; each are shared with the same gender floormates
Each Common Bath floor also has an accessible, single-use bathroom
Shared bath is shared with another bedroom of the same gender
Private bath is only accessible to the occupants of that bedroom
Occupancy is based on bedroom, not suite or apartment
All apartment units are double occupancy bedrooms and house four students of the same gender; these are reserved for continuing students
All single occupancy units (
Sgl Occ
) are typically reserved for Office of Access and Opportunity needs
*Most incoming first-year students will live in the 'Dbl Occ Common Bath' room type. This stands for double occupancy common bathroom.

Residence Hall Rooms
Residence hall rates include electricity, water, and maintenance. Rates take into account the amenities available in each building (i.e. private bathrooms, in-room kitchenettes, etc.). As a result, although two halls may have the same style listed above, their associated rates may vary based upon the amenities available in each individual building. Please refer to the individual residence hall pages for available amenities in each building. Rooms are furnished with twin beds (80" extra-long mattresses), dressers or wardrobes, desks (may be a combo unit), desk chairs and a closet or wardrobe.
