RN-BSN Concurrent Enrollment Pathways (CEP)
RN–BSN Concurrent Enrollment Pathways (CEP)
The RN–BSN Concurrent Enrollment Pathways (CEP) at CSUDH is a formal partnership agreement with participating community colleges. These pathways allow students admitted to an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) program at one of the partner colleges to begin BSN coursework at CSUDH while completing their ADN. Both undergraduates students (first-time bachelor's students) and post-baccalaureate students (students who already have a bachelor's degree) may apply.
To be eligible to apply, students must:
- Be admitted to one of the partner ADN programs below. If students do not attend one of the partner ADN programs or do not wish to participate in the CEP, they may consider applying to the BSN Summer Fast Track program to take BSN courses in the summer: BSN SFT
- Undergrads only must obtain GE Certification from their community college before applying
- Undergrads and post-bacs must have completed all RN–BSN prerequisite courses and have the BSN CEP Pre-req Check Eligibility form completed and signed by a counselor.
- Students must also receive approval from their ADN program before pursuing the CEP with CSUDH.
- The completed and signed GE Certification form and BSN CEP Pre-req Check Eligibility forms must be uploaded into the Cal State Apply application.
