This research departs from the researchers' finding related to the many complaints from several lecturers regarding the way students communicate through internet with them. For some lecturers, some students' ethic when communicating with them and using online communication media are mostly considered unethical and impolite because of the use of bad and improper speech rules, not including their personal identity, tend to go straight to the point without saying any preamble, without thinking about their lecturers' condition and time. This is what underlies the birth of the idea to conduct research related to netiquette violations committed by students when interacting with their lecturers via e-mail. The objectives of this research are to know the kind of netiquette violation made by the students of English Education Study Program class of 2020 in sending e-mail to the lecturers and to examine the factors causing netiquette violation made by the students of English Education Study Program class of 2020 in sending e-mail to the lecturers. This research is included in phenomenological research using qualitative approach. The subject of this study was the total number of English Education Study Program Class of 2020 students, while the object observed in this study was netiquette violations found in e-mails sent by the students of English Study Program Class of 2020 during the even semester of 2021/2022 academic year. In collecting the data, the researchers used observation and interview, while in analyzing the data, the researchers used Miles and Huberman's theory which consists of data reduction, data display, and data verification (withdrawal of conclusion). After analyzing the data, it is found that there are 4 forms of netiquette violations─ namely respecting others, respecting others' convenience, respecting others' bandwidth, and respect e-mail convention and symbolism. The researchers also find that there are four factors influencing students' violations in sending email to their lecturers such as (1) lack of knowledge about e-mail netiquette, (2) lack of familiarity with practicing e-mail netiquette, (3) limited level of awareness about the importance of e-mail netiquette, and (4) influenced by surrounding. From these findings, the researchers conclude that the students' knowledge and understanding about e-mail netiquette is very basic. Therefore, practical steps need to be taken to overcome this condition.

The global pandemic of COVID-9 impacts all sectors of human life, including education. The teaching processes previously done face to face in the classroom have to be conducted online. It increases the utilisation of video conferencing app in teaching activities replacing face to face meeting in higher education. This study aims to investigate lecturers' perspective regarding the use of video conferencing in Indonesian higher education. This study was conducted using a qualitative methodology within case study design. Three lecturers from different universities in Indonesia participated in this research study. To collect data, online semi structured interviews were done via WhatsApp. The collected data from the interviews were then evaluated using thematic analysis. The findings of this research show that the lecturers have positive attitudes towards the use of video conferencing in distance learning which they value due to the perceived benefits in terms of teaching creativity and enhancement of their technological knowledge. Although the lecturers encountered several challenges in using video conferencing in teaching, such as limited interaction and internet accessibility, they have their own strategies to minimise those issues.Having aimed to provide lecturers' perception into the use of video conferencing in higher education setting, the findings of this study offer several recommendation for educators, policy makers and future researchers.

As we know, information and communication technology are developing rapidly in this era. This everevolving and improving technology has led to increased learning and innovation opportunities associated with newer information and communication technology systems. Along with the development of this technology, improving the quality of human resources is also needed, so that the world of education needs to take steps to innovate learning methods. Therefore, the English Tadris Study Program proposes a learning method through the concept of cybergogy as an involved online learning system. Cybergogy is a learning innovation based on information and communication technology with three interrelated factors, namely: cognitive, emotional, and social. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the concept and implementation of cyberphony in learning phonology. The method used in this research is a literature study. Data collection techniques include searching for data in books, journals, and the web (internet) with data analysis using the theory of Miles and Huberman. The results and discussion of this study on phonology can be applied to the learning process with the cybergogy method. Learning phonology through the concept of cybergogy can be easily understood because phonology studies sound, and this learning is very compatible with the concept of cybergogy, which is learning with native speakers through online media.

Community service is an activity carried out voluntarily by 6th semester
English Tadris students for people who need knowledge but access to this
knowledge is minimal. The community service that we provide is the task of
the Teaching English For Young Learners course which targets the
development of deep language children who are in the learning development
process very suitable for starting to learn English as a new language for
them. Judging from the village, there is no formal English lesson at school,
so the children only know English from electronic media such as television
or in other words the lack of facilities and infrastructure for children
resulting in a lack of interest and low motivation to learn English. Our
target is to try to introduce basic English, the right way of speaking and
interesting games so that children enjoy the learning process without any
pressure, because we know that children's learning process is a cheerful
process without any pressure.
