Statement of Faith
Star of Hope is a Christ-centered ministry founded on faith in Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We serve the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of homeless men, women, and children.
Our mission is to share the gospel, disciple believers, and equip those we serve for transformed lives through Christ. We follow His call to care for the poor and needy, feeding the hungry, clothing the homeless, and offering the Bread of Life.

There Has to Be Shelter
You can’t rebuild a life while sleeping on the street. But more than 3,000 people in Houston are experiencing homelessness tonight.
Half are families with children. Many are single moms escaping abuse, veterans battling addiction, or neighbors who simply couldn’t keep up with rising costs.
Before someone can heal from trauma, look for work, or care for their children, they need one thing first:
a safe place to sleep
