This is the first term for Stephanie “Steph” Winder as Northwest Mountain (NNM) Regional Vice President. Steph has spent her entire air traffic career at Salt Lake City Center (ZLC). She arrived at the facility in 2008, and ten years later, she was elected as ZLC FacRep, a position she still holds. From 2011-2014, Steph served as a ERAM SME helping controllers at other ARTCCs learn the then new ERAM software. From 2014-2018, she served as the area scheduling representative. She has also been involved in the Office of Workers Compensation Committee (OWCP) since 2015 and became the committee’s vice chair in 2022.
