The only administrator has not been active since February 2017(which is more than 2 years ago), there are a lot of spam articles and I want to clear up the mess and possibly revive this. Thank you for handling the deletion requests! I am not a wiki novice indeed but it’s just that i’m a pretty fast learner. You can’t organize wikiquotes when vandals create useless pages and destroy others. During these 7 days i’ve done a lot of useful modifications to the site that will make the user experience more pleasant. There are also still, a lot of useless with spam/vulgar content, I have marked the ones I noticed with the „delete” template. I've been a temporary admin for almost a year now and would like to be permanent. Also, if possible, I'd like to request interface administrator rights. We are a really small community there and currently I do all the admin jobs around and initially I've asked for bureaucrat rights but I was told we couldn't have a local bureaucrat since we're not that big a community so at least, having interface administrator rights would give me some other tools helping to look after the project. PS: I read that I need two-factor authentication enabled for interface administration. Can I have a little technical help on how to do that? According to local policy If an administrator within 3 months doesn't make 500 edits and 50 sysop actions, sysop rights will be removed without voting. In last three-month periods he has not made the required 500 edits; see 25 February—25 May (483 total). According to the local rules, sysop status from MIKHEIL must be removed without discussion and vote, only by the stewards of Meta-Wiki; discussion on local level and decision of the local community is no longer needed (This is written in the rule — „If an administrator within 3 months does not make 500 edits and 50 sysop actions, sysop rights will be removed without voting (automatically)“). He is not an active editor. He made 483 edits in three months (from which 70-80% was Usertalk) and he has not made the required edits. Local rules don't say that I don't have the right for request on meta-wiki, especially that the Georgian bureaucrats can't remove sysop rights. @Super Wang, Ruslik0, -revi, and Tegel: and other stewards, please summarize that issue and make a decision. Hello, according to my logs for the rights changes, my adminship should actually end since around Sep. 2012. However, nothing has happened afterwards and neither I've noticed about the date at all. Until 2019 there was an user asking me and reminding me (1). After discussing about the situation with other users on th.wikibooks, including the possibility of returning to be in the rightful adminship that they said they would happily support this (2).
