For student-related issues, including both academic and non-academic. The file is
routed to the appropriate office based on the selections made on the form.
Employee Grievance Form
- For issues or concerns pertaining to work relations or the work environment. The
file is sent directly to the Office of Human Resources.
Grievance Appeal Form
- For appeals of previously filed concerns or issues. The file is sent directly
to the Office of the President.

GNPEC (Georgia Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission) Authorized School Complaint
Form
- For addressing grievances when a student believes there has not been a satisfactory
resolution after exhausting all available grievance procedures established by Covenant
College. GNPEC has granted authorization for Covenant College to operate and grant
degrees in the state of Georgia. It is not an accrediting agency.

For addressing grievances pertaining to any out-of-state learning placement (OOSLP)
when a student believes there has not been a satisfactory resolution after exhausting
all available grievance procedures established by Covenant College. Examples of out-of-state
learning placements include clinical practice (student teaching) and internships for
which students receive academic credit. Note: The form specifies “For Non-Georgia
Residents Only” but may still be used by students living in Georgia for complaints
about OOSLPs.

assist with college policies, procedures, and publications, including paper copies
upon request. College employees are available in campus offices during all normal
business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, and additional times as needed.
