On Beta, open any item
Open any statement, click "add qualifier" or "add reference"
Add any property ("official language" or "ELMujWVf")
In the next input box, type anything
Making sure the keyboard remains open, tap outside the input field and scroll down ( You may need to first scroll to the top and then back down)
Observe
Notes:
For properties that require a unit, it is easier to observe
I have not been able to interact with the underlying screen
On an IPad Pro OS 18.5, the same scrolling behavior happens, but the keyboard covers the layout (see attached screenshot, the blue line behind the keyboard)
On the iphone, the behavior is visible even after the keyboard is minimized if its triggered while the keyboard is up
Expected Behaviour: The underlying screen is not visible at any point

After some research, it turned out that iOS renders toolbar onto the page and that brakes viewport borders. The only real solution is basically watching width and height with JS and adapt accordingly.
But after consideration, instead of this approach I've decided to hide the visible part and make sure there's no interaction possibility and it's a good middle ground here.

Testing the unmerged patch on a real iphone turned out to be basically impossible. Therefore I merged the patch after judging it as safe enough to try. Testing on beta revealed a problem: the footer buttons are slightly cut off, though they are still clickable:
