In order for you to become a sysop, please link to your userpage on a wiki you are well known on, from your testwiki userpage. Then

yourself on that page by saying "I am [username] on The Test Wiki."
A few basic guidelines we follow:

Don't ruin others' fun.
Don't say swear words.
Don't do anything stupid.
Any specific important rules will be clearly marked using obtrusive message boxes as necessary.
