Move into Spring Challenge

Being active will look different for each person, so find an active move or activity that increases your heart rate. The goal is to do some kind of movement daily for 46 days. With spring coming, it’s time to reenergize yourself, and movement can help you do that one step, jump or pedal at a time. Submit your tracking sheet by May 22 to be entered into a drawing for a prize. Registered participants who submit their tracking sheets will also receive a one-time use daily pass to the St. Louis Park Aquatic Park. The challenge is for all ages.
