Nursing Program Fee The Nursing Program Fee is charged to all Traditional undergraduate day Nursing students in their sophomore, junior, and senior year.  This fee covers lab and simulation fees, clinical fees, and testing costs across the program including NCLEX-RN predictor Exams and Test preparation costs. *Mandatory Fees Explained Comprehensive Fee The Comprehensive Fee allows the College to offer a variety of co-curricular, co-academic and support services to full-time traditional students to enhance their academic and student life experiences while enrolled at Curry.  This mandatory, semester-based fee is required of all students and cannot be waived. Student Activity Fee The Student Activity Fee provides funding for the Student Government Association (SGA) budget and the Curry Activities Board (CAB) budget for the year.  This mandatory, semester-based fee is required of all students and cannot be waived. Orientation Fee An orientation fee is required of all new students to cover the cost of the summer and fall orientation programs.  This is a fixed fee for all new students and includes the summer program and supports transitional programming for new students at the beginning of each semester. Curry College provides this coverage to all students who are enrolled in at least 75%of the full-time curriculum. Unless an insurance waiver is completed by the specified due date, insurance will be provided by the College. Waivers are available for each academic year after June 1st. Waivers are not accepted after the deadline. Students who do not submit a waiver will be automatically enrolled in the Student Health Insurance Plan. Important Information: Waivers are reviewed by University Health Plans (UHP) Approved waivers will remove the insurance charge from your student account within 3 - 5 business days Travel insurance, international plans, and short-term limited-duration plans are not accepted. A subsequent email that states your waiver form has been denied will be sent to you typically within 3-5 business days. How to Submit a Waiver: Visit www.universityhealthplans.com/Curry Select “Waiver Form” from the left menu. Review the Important Reminders and complete the Health Insurance Comparison Worksheet. Enter your name, Curry student ID, and date of birth to access the form. Complete all required fields and select “Apply for Waiver.” After submission, you will receive an on-screen confirmation and an email confirmation. Save this for your records. If you do not receive immediate confirmation, contact University Health Plans at 833-251-1731 , as your waiver has not been successfully submitted.  The waiver will not be forwarded to Curry College, and you will remain enrolled in the student health insurance plan.
