ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬರೆವಣಿಗೆ ನಿಷ್ಪಕ್ಷಪಾತವಾಗಿರಲಿ. ನೆನಪಿಡಿ, ವಿಕಿಪೀಡಿಯಾ ಇರುವುದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಚಾರಮಾಡಲಿಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲ.
ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬರೆವಣಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕರಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಲು ಮರೆಯದಿರಿ. ಬಹುತೇಕ ವಿಕಿಪೀಡಿಯಾ ಲೇಖನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕರ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಗಳಿಲ್ಲ. ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಕಿಪೀಡಿಯಾವು ನಂಬಲರ್ಹ ಆಕರವಲ್ಲವೆಂಬ ಆಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಇದೂ ಒಂದು ಕಾರಣ.
ಆಕರಗಳನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ಇತರರು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬರೆವಣಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ವಿಮರ್ಶಿಸುವುದು ಮುಂದುವರೆಸುವುದು ಸಾಧ್ಯವೂ ಸುಲಭವೂ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆಕರವಿಲ್ಲದ ಪುಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಆಕರ ನಿಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿದಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ಪುಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿರಿ. ಆಕರಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಲೇಖನದ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಟ್ಟಿಮಾಡುವುದು ಪದ್ಧತಿ. ಆದರೆ ಒಮ್ಮೊಮ್ಮೆ ಬರಹದ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾಗಬಹುದು. ಆ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಗೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಬೇಕು ಎನ್ನುವುದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಒಮ್ಮತವಿಲ್ಲ. ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಗ್ರಂಥಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಪರಿಪಾಠವಿದೆ (ಆಕರ ಗ್ರಂಥ, ೨೦೦೪, ಪುಟಗಳು ೧೦೦-೧೦೨). ಅಥವಾ ನಿರ್ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಅಡಿಬರಹದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಿಸಿ ಅದರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಮೇಲಂಕಿಯ
ಮೂಲಕ ತೋರಿಸಬಹುದು. ನಿಮಗೆ ಯಾವುದು ಉಚಿತವೆಂದು ತೋರುತ್ತದೆಯೊ ಅದರಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿರಿ. ಹೇಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೂ ಅದು ಮಾಡದಿರುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತಲೂ ವಾಸಿ.
ವಿಕಿಪೀಡಿಯಾದ ಬೇರೆ ಲೇಖನವೊಂದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಲೇಖನದ ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆಯನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ಅದರ ರೂಪಾಂತರಗಳನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ಬಳಸಿರಬಹುದು (ಉದಾ ನೀವು "ಕದಂಬ" ಲೇಖನವನ್ನು ಬರೆದಿರಿ. ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಲೇಖನ "ಕದಂಬರು" ಎಂದು ಕದಂಬ ರಾಜಮನೆತನವನ್ನು ಹೆಸರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ). ಅದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬರೆವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಲೇಖನವಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಆ ಪುಟದಿಂದ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪುಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಕೊಡುವುದು ಒಳಿತು. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪುಟದಲ್ಲಿನ "ಹುಡುಕು" ಗುಂಡಿಯಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಪದಗಳನ್ನು ಇರಿಸಿ ಆಯಾ ಪದಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸುವ ಪುಟಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು.
