With over a decade of experience at OSU, he designs, installs, and maintains statewide network infrastructure, VoIP systems, AV solutions, and security camera networks. Wayne is known for his hands-on expertise, strategic coordination with vendors, and deep knowledge of telephony and data systems—making him an essential force behind the connectivity and technology that power Oregon’s Extension services.
