The Job Seeker Portal empowers citizens seeking assistance in finding, preparing for, or enhancing their employment to conveniently request appointments from Job Service offices. It also facilitates the management of their Workforce Case and WIOA Program enrollments, particularly when seeking training or employment support.
Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) Portal
The WOTC Portal enables Employer and Consulting firms to submit and manage WOTC applications electronically. It provides full transparency, including tracking status, additional documentation upload, file appeals, and decision letter downloads.
MontanaWorks Business Portal
The Business Portal enables business customers or organization representatives create accounts to manage events like job fairs and, if applicable, their Eligible Training Provider application and services.

The Workforce Services Division (WSD) is charged with three primary goals to ensure that workforce development in Montana remains strong and growing.
Montana employers understand the labor market and have a skilled and ready workforce that meets their needs, today and tomorrow.
Montana workers understand the job market and have access to skills development opportunities and job search assistance services.
Business, job seekers, educators, students, workforce and economic development partners, and the general public all have a place to go to learn about the workforce and a way to connect with each other to keep it growing.
