Plot

Fan Xian was an ordinary young man in modern society who traveled to a fictional ancient era through a mysterious accident. His mother Ye Qingmei was a pioneer time-traveler whose forward-thinking ideas had already shaped the trajectory of the empire. From childhood, Fan Xian was trained in various skills under his mother's arrangements and sent to live in the capital of the Southern Qing kingdom.

In the capital, Fan Xian uses his modern wisdom and resources left by his mother to gradually介入 court politics. He faces a complex web of power struggles, including the emperor's suspicion, the crown prince's hostility, and open and hidden conflicts between various factions. With help from friends like Teng Zijing and Lin Wan'er, Fan Xian repeatedly defuses crises while pursuing the truth behind his mother's death.
